Empowerment of Students

A key feature of our program is the empowerment of students through wellness coaching. Our Certified Wellness Coaches are specially trained to work with children and youth, aiding in developing healthy habits, emotional regulation, and resilience. These coaches will supervise wellness coaches working on career paths by incorporating them into each activity and training. Once adequately trained, Certified Wellness Coach Employees will meet bi-weekly to discuss and design a personalized wellness plan comprising goals related to physical activity, nutrition, mindfulness, and self-care, with coaches providing ongoing support and adjustments as needed.
